Narraguagus
River NPS Watershed Management Plan (2.2 MB)
The Plan and Maps are available in PDF.
In April 2001, the Narraguagus River Watershed Council (NRWC) undertook the development of the Narraguagus River Watershed Nonpoint Source Pollution Management Plan (NRWMP) as part of the Maine Department of Environmental Protection Nonpoint Source Pollution Control Program under the Federal Clean Water Act Section 319. The goal of state-supported management plans is to achieve locally supported watershed management in order to encourage widespread usage of best management practices (BMPs) and other management measures to restore or protect water resources.
