Chair Alan Brooks called the meeting to order at 9:40 A.M. and welcomed the 17 people in attendance to the 76th meeting of Project S.H.A.R.E. After the general introductions, Mr. Brooks read the Anti-Trust guidelines.
There was a motion by Sherrie Sprangers, second by Peter Steenstra, to accept the minutes as presented. Motion passed.
Steven Koenig gave a summary of the Treasurers Report and funding initiatives. Chair brooks accepted the report as presented.

Dennys – Sheila Huckins provided a handout describing Outreach activity occurring in the Dennys River watershed.

DELLT – Mark Beary joined us from the Downeast Lakes Land Trust. He discussed the land trust’s mission, plans for the conservation area and aquatic restoration activity. Of particular interest was a joint effort to remove old culverts and other trash/debris that has built up in the forests. Hiking trails and campsite opportunities are being developed. An Annual Flatwater Race is becoming a successful, fun event.
USFWS – Scot Craig provided an overview of work he is doing in collaboration with SHARE. Additional summary information will be provided at the March 2007 meeting.
SHARE – Steven Koenig provided a power point presentation of SHARE’s accomplishments in 2006. Of note were:
